In accordance with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 35:3-3 and Local Finance Notice (LFN 2026-01), the Carlstadt–East Rutherford Regional Board of Education hereby provides notice that the complete text of all public and legal notices issued by the Board of Education may be viewed by the public on the District’s official website.

As of August 6, 2026 the RFP available on the District website under the Business Office page.
All respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any non-responsive proposals or all proposals, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22, and to waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions that may be in the best interest of the Board.

Notice of Award of Extraordinary Unspecifiable Services (EUS) Contract (Public School Contracts Law)
The governing body of the Carlstadt East Rutherford Regional Board of Education has awarded a contract for Building Men to provide a mentoring program without publicly advertising for bids pursuant to the Public School Contracts Law, utilizing the extraordinary unspecifiable services exemption to public bidding set forth In N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-5(a)(2). The contract has been awarded for a term of 2026-2027 school year with the resolution of award and contract available for public inspection at 120 Paterson Avenue, East Rutherford, NJ, 07073 during the hours of 9am to 3:30pm.

The Budget Public Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday April 29, 2026 at 5:00 PM in the Media Center of Becton Regional High School.
